Super Bowl Snacks Roundup

I’ll be perfectly honest and let you know that I want nothing to do with the Super Bowl. I find professional football to be boring (College is way more fun.), and the NFL has really not been a model citizen. . . well anytime in recent history. But I do love snacks and an excuse to get together. This year I will likely cozy up with a fire and a good movie or book, but I wanted to share some of the Super Bowl snacks that have caught my eye as I browse the web (and my own blog, of course).

Guinness Beef Stew

Guinness Beef Stew – I love recipes you can prep before company comes, and this one just gets better as it slowly simmers.

Pulled Pork in Ginger Beer – This is another make ahead of time recipe, with sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors and endless options for topping. Lots of pickles for mine!

Spiced Caramel Bacon Popcorn from ArtBar at the Royal Sonesta – Full disclosure, I work here. This popcorn is relatively easy, and everyone LOVES it. It is an addictive snack, so just double the recipe to be safe.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders by Boston Chic Party – This is one of my new favorite blogs, and since I love all things buffalo chicken, these are perfect.

Habanero Garlic Brushed Calzones from Eat Live Blog – Pizza dough with lots of flavor goes perfect with a good cold beer and a cold Sunday night, don’t you think?

Cashel Blue Cheese Dip from Kerrygold – Cashel Blue is such a delicious cheese, and this simple dip looks amazing.

Chicken Enchilada Dip from BranAppetit – Brandi has been one of my favorite bloggers for years, and this dip looks perfect for the big game.

Beer Mac and Cheese from How Sweet Eats – Beer Mac and Cheese? yes.

Super Bowl Cocktails from We are not Martha – Beer isn’t the only drink welcome at Super Bowl parties! Cocktails pair well with junk food, as does sparkling wine!

Salted Chocolate Turtle Graham Bars from Confessions of a Chocoholic – You have to have dessert, and who better than to choose a recipe from than Bianca!
