Check out my guest post on staying well this winter over at  On a Lobster Placemat!

Tonight I will be out at the new restaurant, Post 390,  in Boston’s Back Bay, and I will have a full review later in the week. Check back in tomorrow for Healthified Apple Crisp!

Great post! I’m really encouraged that you run here in the winter! Last year was my first winter in Boston and it was COLD but I missed getting out and running on the street but just wasn’t sure if it was healthy since it was snowing so we joined a gym for those few months, but I like knowing others make it through the cold months…and are healthier for it!

I run as long as the roads aren’t too icy. If it is just cold, I find that I bundle up and totally end up shedding layers as I go! If you ever need a running partner let me know!

Those were some great tips! Frozen vegetables are my best friend in the winter. Obviously not as great as fresh in the summer, but still delicious if you know how to make it right 🙂

But this might be a good time to take a copy of the original complaint and kick back in a chair and re-read it. ,
