Dinner is served!

gnocchi with chicken sausage and cabbage

Trader Joe’s sweet potato gnocchi, Johnsonville smoked apple chicken sausage, and an entire head of purple cabbage, chopped. All sautéed in olive oil, ready to eat in under 15 minutes.

That’s my kind of meal this week.

What easy, semi-homemade masterpieces have you been whipping up?

I had a groupon for a pasta store near my office….definitely took a bunch of things home last week. This week I took advantage of the DEELICIOUS vodka sauce.

    Quick and easy supper.

Sometimes the photos can do all the talking…this looks delish! We had an indoor picnic for dinner last night and are using the leftover cheese to make grilled cheeses tonight! Simple and tasty!

Awesome!! Sweet potato gnocchi is SO good… especially if there’s sausage involved, too 🙂

Pretty amazing for 15 min! I like how you served it over the cabbage for some extra nutritional punch. Hope you feel better soon!
