I adore lobster – and I celebrated National Lobster Day today by eating a lobster roll from Luke’s (the food truck in NYC which thankfully gets the good stuff from Maine). I figure if I have to be away from New England for work on this day, I might as well do the holiday right with Maine lobster all the way!

I LOVE lobster, though rarely treat myself to it. And I recently planned a day trip with the BF to Salem, so this would be a wonderful end to our day!
