Giveaway time! A few weeks ago I received an email from the same group that was representing Woolwich Dairy when I did some recipe creating for Kitchen Play. They wanted to know if I wanted to sample a new product, Honey Ridge Farms’ Lemon Honey Crème. It sounded absolutely delicious to me, so of course, I said yes.
In the package that arrived at my doorstep last Saturday were two jars of Lemon Honey Crème and a bottle of Honey Balsamic Vinegar. I decided to tuck into the small jar of the Lemon Honey Crème right away. While the press information on the product says that it is good in many ways, including on toast and waffles, in hot or cold beverages, in grill sauces, and with cheese plates, I decided to just slather some on whole wheat crackers. . . and proceeded to finish the jar by myself.
A delightful cross between honey and lemon curd, the Lemon Honey Crème maintains the sweetness of honey but is made bright and tart from the lemon. It is smooth, rich, and really spreads perfectly. I am glad I saved the large jar for some cooking or baking; I am feeling a glazed cake coming on!
The Lemon Honey Crème is also dairy and gluten free, meaning it does not have to be refrigerated.
Even better, the Lemon Honey Crème comes from a family-owned honey-focused business whose skill and expertise is based on five generations of bee-keeping experience. They use only locally sourced honey and are devoted to bee colony health. I started to learn only recently that bees are threatened immensely by pesticides.
The good news is that I have been given a large jar of the Lemon Honey Crème to give away to one of you. To enter, just leave a comment below letting me know what you would use the Lemon Honey Crème for. Then tweet “I want to win Lemon Honey Crème from @traveleatlovemm”.
I’ll choose a winner on Monday and will hopefully be able to announce another giveaway as well!
Back later with a recap of my visit to the JFK Presidential Library

I love lemon and have a simple recipe for a lemon pound cake. This sounds like a perfect match for it!
