Well if you are reading this, you survived Monday! I hope it was a good day. I decided to pre-schedule my post for tonight because I am in Peabody with my friend Jill at Su Chang’s restaurant’s wine dinner. When Jill asked me to attend with her, I was intrigued. I have never been to a Chinese wine dinner, so my recap should be interesting and full of deliciousness! The menu is below. I will let you know how it goes at some point this week!

I realize I never randomly chose the ingredients for my Chopped challenge! Since there were not a huge number of ingredients submitted, I am going to use them all: quinoa, almond butter, asparagus, sweet potatoes, potatoes, and tofu. You were all actually quite kind! Nothing crazy or gross like I was expecting! Its a busy week, so I am not sure when I will be putting the meal together, but you can bet that I will be posting it.
Have a good night!
